Join us for our annual Trista Day Event!  

 

We are excited to announce that Trista Day has moved from a Saturday to a Wednesday.  Trista Day 2027 will be held on Wednesday, May 12th from 4:30-7:00pm.  We will have the same displays, activities, vendors and demonstrations as always!  We hope you can join us on our new day/time.

Our event was established in 2001 with the aim of providing safety information to our communities. It quickly became apparent that the presence of helicopters and free food attracted a large number of children and adults. This presented an excellent opportunity to educate the community on various safety topics such as seat belt use, air bag safety, gun safety, fire prevention, theft prevention, first aid, water safety, park and trail safety, victim services, and DWI prevention. Trista Day has always been focused on safety education, while also offering a fun experience for attendees. Over the years, the event has expanded to include more local businesses showcasing their offerings and information about City operations. Trista Day is a family-friendly event that continues to grow each year. If you haven't attended before, we invite you to join us this year! Free hotdogs, brats, chips, and water will be available, and there will be food trucks on-site for additional food options.
