The City of Minnetrista partners with Payment Service Network (PSN) to securely process utility bill payments. PSN meets the highest security standards required by the credit card industry, so you can pay with confidence.

First-Time Users: 
You'll need to create a PSN account. After registering, future payments can be completed in just a few steps. 

View your Bill Online
You can view your utility bill and current amount due online at any time. If you choose to receive your bill electronically, you can opt out of paper bills to help reduce printing and mailing costs. You do not need to make payments online to receive your bill electronically. 

Pay by Smartphone or Tablet
Download PSN Payments app from the App Store® or Google Play™ to manage your utility account and make payments from your mobile device. 

Tip: Create your PSN account online before using the mobile app for the best experience. 

By paying online, mobile or phone:

• You can pay immediately, schedule a payment, or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill. (Auto-pays must be set up online.)
• You can print receipts, view past payments, see the status of payments, and stop Auto-Pay by going online
