Important Notice: Upcoming Water Utility Billing Changes

Beginning July 2026, the City will transition from quarterly water utility billing to monthly billing. Please note, this is for customers with WATER SERVICE ONLY. 

What You Need to Know

• Water bills will be issued every month instead of every three months.
• Monthly billing provides smaller, more predictable payments.
• More frequent billing helps residents identify unusual water usage sooner, which may help detect leaks earlier.
• Each bill will clearly identify payment due dates and available payment options.

Paperless Billing

Residents are encouraged to enroll in paperless billing to receive bills by email, access payment history online, and reduce paper waste.

Current paperless billing customers: As part of the transition to the updated billing system, residents who are already enrolled in paperless billing will need to re-enroll. Instructions will be included with your monthly utility bill.
