Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW)

As the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU), the City of Minnetrista determined that an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) is required for the proposed mixed residential development along Highway 7. The EAW assesses the development of approximately 163 acres of primarily agricultural land into 357 to 422 detached single family and attached townhome residential units, stormwater management areas, curvilinear roads, and open spaces. Information gathered by the EAW process is used to identify potential environmental effects from the proposed project and used to inform future project decisions. 

 

The public is invited to review and provide comments on the EAW through 4:30 PM on May 14, 2026. The EAW is available for review at the Minnetrista City Hall, and online at the link below.
